Q. How can you stand behind the
jewelry?
A. We have been in this business for
four years, and our policy has always been
to give outstanding customer service. We started out
stringing on nylon and soon figured out
that we couldn’t stand behind those
items, so we
have gone through a number of types of lines until
we found our current product. This
jeweler's wire has served us well for 2
1/2 years now. If you
break it, if the clasp tarnishes, if a
stone breaks (under normal conditions), or
if any other abnormal thing happens, WE
WILL FIX IT.

Q. If I break my bracelet
or necklace or have a
problem, what do I do?
A. We stand behind our jewelry against
breakage, corrosion, or bead cracking. We
do not replace for loss or abuse. If you
have problems with the jewelry, all you
need to do is call us at 931-388-0458 and
we will give you the address to which you
need to send the item.

Q. I am purchasing this jewelry as a
gift. What if I order the wrong size?
A. When you purchase a gift, you will
undoubtedly do the best you can to guess
the correct size. We will include a
business card in all packages so that the
person receiving the gift will be able to
contact us directly should the piece not
fit, or you, the purchaser,
can contact us.

Q. Can I get the jewelry wet?
A. We recommend that you not wear it
while bathing,
but occasional water or moisture will not
hurt it. If you have a screw clasp on the
jewelry, you can leave it on full time,
swimming and bathing.

Q. Do you have longer lengths and
sizes?
A. Since we MAKE ALL of the jewelry
ourselves, we can accommodate any length or
size that you might want. If you follow
the sizing directions, we can determine the
size you need. PLEASE don’t hesitate to
call if you are unsure about the
item's length.

Q. Do you have earrings to match my
necklace?

any style, any length, and any need you may
have. We DO NOT offer clip earrings at

Q. Why don’t you put magnetic clasps
on anklets?
A. Most people are not use to wearing
jewelry on their lower body and would not
notice if the anklet were to cling to a car
door or metal desk. We can put a magnetic
clasp on any anklet at the customer's
request.

Q. What is the difference between your
jewelry and hematite jewelry?
A. The stones in our jewelry that look
like hematite are MAGNETIC. If you put
them next to metal, they will attract the
metal. Hematite has some magnetic
qualities but is NOT magnetic. Before
you buy MAGNETIC jewelry, always check it
with something metal. At some shows we
have attended, we have seen people selling hematite
as magnetic and demonstrating this to the customer by
holding a magnet next to the hematite.
Most people have something THEY know is
metal, and you should always check
magnetic stones yourself with an item you
know is metal.

Q. For pain management, do I have to
wear the jewelry all
the time?
A. The more you wear the jewelry, the
better your results will be. The jewelry
should have skin contact and should be
worn consistently. Definitely sleep in it
if you are not able to wear it during the
day.

Q. Do I have to wear the jewelry on the
specific body part that hurts?
A. Generally we recommend the following:
- For carpal tunnel, bracelets
- For migraines, both necklaces and
bracelets have had excellent results
- For heel spurs, anklets
- For knee joint or foot problems,
anklets
- For back, neck, and shoulder pain,
necklaces are great for over all
circulation improvement
REMEMBER this jewelry improves your
circulation, and your circulation doesn’t
stop at any one part of your body!!

Q. How quickly will I see a difference
in my pain?
A. This varies from one person to the
next. Everyone has a different body
chemistry. The most important thing you
can do is to continue to wear the
jewelry consistently. This cannot be
stressed enough. Some people see results
in hours, while others may see results
in a month or
so. It took Joan three weeks to get out of
her wrist braces for carpel tunnel, and
we haven’t had to use those things
again. This is NOT a cure-all, but in the
four years we have been in this
business, we have SEEN and heard of
thousands getting relief from pain.

Q. My spouse has a pacemaker. Can I
wear the jewelry around them?
A. Yes. However, people with pacemakers should
never wear magnetic jewelry, as it can
alter the fibrilation of the pacemaker.

|
Q. Why should I not wear magnetic
jewelry if I’m pregnant?
A. Magnetics affect the body's
circulation, and when you are pregnant,
both you and the baby share the same
circulatory system. We would advise checking with your doctor before
using magnetics while pregnant.
